The sterilizer is used for sterilizing the clothes, apparatus, vessels, culture medium, small amount of liquid in the unsealed bottles.
Technical Specifications:
1. The sterilizer is cubiod structure, which is made of 304 stainless steel. It is designed and manufactured by the Chinese standard GB-150 and is checked by national technical inspection department in China. The sterilizer is firm and durable.
2. The sterilizer has two ways of opening and closing door, hand-operated door structure or automatically-operated door structure.
3. The door of the sterilizer has two sealing ways, mechanically sealed or automatically sealed by compressed air.
4. Double-door Structure. It has double-door safety interlocking system. The front door and the back door can not be open at the same time.
5. The pipeline system is composed of the controlling valve, pipelines and the filter.
6. The controlling system is mainly composed of PLC from Mitsubishi.
7. The sterilizer has multiple sets of sterilizing programs, mechanically sterilizing program, clothing sterilizing program, liquid sterilizing program and other special sterilizing programs according to users' needs.
